Changing smart cleaning settings

In CCleaner go to Options>Smart Cleaning and in 'Enable automatic browser cleaning' change the action for Chrome to "automatically clean on closing without notification."

(Or you could turn of Smart Cleaning of Chrome on closing altogether).
