I would avoid downloading any 'cracked' version - who knows what malware has been inserted into it? (Many of the sites offering it are blocked by Malwarebytes Browser Guard). If you edit the Link ccsetup562_slim.exe to ccsetup563_slim.exe it works and gives you the 'latest' v5.63. Here are the certificates from this File. I believe it may have been this thread (and one in a private staff area) that prompted the official release to clear the confusion between 'official' and 'advance' download links. There are still problems for some in various language versions. I'm not a developer but I do know that Windows has some problems in certain languages with text that uses unicode.
