I have the above browser highjacker and can't get rid of it. Local computer shop recommends wiping hard drive and reinstall software. Bit drastic i feel although i'm pretty useless when it comes to computer technicalities. Have CC Cleaner Pro but it won't remove Clickserve. 

Any assistance would be gratefully received and a contact number or mail address to CC Cleaner, which i can't find, would also be usefull.

CCleaner is not a malware remover, it simply removes temporary files and other junk files.

We are not allowed to give malware removal help here on this forum, but if you read #10 of these forum rules you will find a list of links to places where you can get one to one help:
