How to contact customer support?

I purchased CCleaner Professional Plus yesterday, but never received licence keys for any of four products included in the package. Also after I completed registration for all the products, never receive any confirmations for my email either. Nothing in spam folder - I did check it

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

@golmart there is a self-serve form to recover your serial key here: https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup.  Failing that, DM me your order number (do not post personal information on the public forum) and email address that you used when purchasing and we'll see if we can find your information.

If you purchased the Pro Plus bundle, note that there is only one serial key issued - and it will work on all 4 products.

Have you contacted support? They're really good about settling license problems.  They are quite busy but should get back to you.  I'd leave the old lic key if it's not really expired.

What problem are you having with the download?

Can you download it but it won't install or run?

What operating systems do you have?

What anti virus do you use?

It's a bug in trend micro, they are working on a fix.  The work around is to whitelist ccleaner in trend micro following the directions in this post
