Kahvi Posted July 9, 2019 Share Posted July 9, 2019 (edited) I just upgraded to professional yesterday, and I have not been able to use CCleaner since. Whether I try to use Easy Clean or Custom Clean the procedure stops at two or three percent and advances no further. I cannot click on any of the options on the side-bar, but I can click "check for updates" or the logos across the top. I tried leaving it alone overnight last night, but it never progressed past the three percent it had seized up at before I went to bed. Edited July 9, 2019 by Kahvi I left a word out. Yay grammar!
