The simple fact is that the key Piriform has repeatedly sent me is invalid, and there seems to be nothing I can do about. I need to reach a customer service person. Their automated systems can't seem to help me. Your CCleaner Professional Plus licence key is valid and works - I just tried it myself personally and it activated perfectly. Note that this licence is for PCs (not Macs). You can enter it in here. Thanks, Dean Anderson [phone number deleted] Please start a new thread as it well could be a wholly different issue from the OP ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
