carlos14549784196
I was new to ccleaner and unknowingly ran the registry cleaner (easy clean) without a backup. Is there any way to bring everything back to how it was?
Moderators Nergal Posted June 16, 2019 Moderators Share Posted June 16, 2019 Without a backup, there's not much you can do sorry to say. That's why it's offered and why you're given a second chance during the clean for you to keep the current item for each found entry. In the future, when using registry tools, it's good to follow the guide in my signature below ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
