Backing Up Quickbooks

How has ccleaner stopped you from backing up? 

What windows version? What happens when you try to backup?  Have you run the registry tool in ccleaner or just regular clean (easy or custom clean tools).  Are you using any ccleaner enhancing software or custom rules (winapp2.ini)?

 

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

What "it" has stopped on QB? Ccleaner? The backup?

What other programs are giving you that message?

Please directly answer these and the questions in my previous reply.  Their importance will guide us in troubleshooting your issue. It sounds like you ran the registry tool but until I/anyoneelse know, if you did, it makes it impossible to help you.
