Recover a “permanently deleted” folder from a PST file

I have 13 email addresses which each have their own PST files, but I have a “master PST” file where I file all my emails. Somehow one of the folders got deleted and then got  “permanently deleted” from the Deleted Folder. 

I run several Deep Scans with the filter set on email it’s finds 43,000+ files but none match the description.

I am using Office 365 on Win 10 Dell notebook.

Does anyone have any idea how I can recover the deleted folder as it’s the most important folder I have!
