The installer starts unpacking and disappears terminating the process. Tested on fresh W2K3 install. Windows XP x64 may also be affected but not tested yet. Is your xp computer fully patched with the SSE2 patch described above? ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. But as it pertains to XP running on a tablet I haven't a clue if a tablet would have SSE2 capabilities or not. The failure to install could possibly be what Trium explained which is to make sure CCleaner processes aren't already running resident in the background which seems to be the common cause of failed installations in recent months.
