Problem with CmiCnfgp.cpl

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have problem with register of name "C:\WINDOWS\System32\CmiCnfgp.cpl" in Ccleaner. I add screenshot with Ccleaner:

Ccleaner reports problem with program CmiCnfgp.cpl, but this application is installed in my computer. This application is for my sound card and this program looks like:

xonar.jpg.f6299c546d9413e0676ccc4b2d5f5df7.jpg

I add screenshot with value of register in my regedit:

regedit.thumb.jpg.c3abc80d846bd6ec9cdc7e4b5b2d3260.jpg

Program exists in this path: "C:\WINDOWS\System32\CmiCnfgp.cpl".

Why ccleaner still reports problem with this installed program in this value of register?
Thank you for helpful.

Right-click upon it and select Exclude if you wish to continue using the registry cleaner.

You are using Win10 which is always changing with updates, etc., so registry cleaning can cause issues.

Here's Microsoft's stance on registry cleaning:
