Mark Bentlage
I lost an important documents file while copying from my main hard drive to a secondary drive. This has been my back up technique in the past with no issue. This time, Imist have lost some critics to function files in addition to the document folder. There is plenty of space on the drive, and I WAS optimistic. I started a deep scan using recuva last night and identifying the files took hours, so I went to bed. When I looked in the morning, the scan was finished. The computer was very sluggish, but functioned. I had a network error that said something like The network Card was not detected. I began step 2 and went to work. When I got home, my computer was on but the screen was backlit with no image, text, messages, etc. The computer did not come back up when I tickled the mouse. I'm don't think I should reboot or anything, but I don't know what to do at this point. Any suggestions?
Mark Bentlage
I'd also like to discuss with someone at Recuva but can't find a simple way to reach them, especially since I can't get it to respond and communicate throughi it.
