With a duplicate finder it's better to use it just for documents (music files, pictures, word files etc) and leave the system and program files alone. Though it is your pc so you can remove what you want but there maybe side effects (not always immediately noticed especially) and there is no undo or restore via this tool. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
