Eaglepi Posted October 20, 2018 Share Posted October 20, 2018 I purchased CCleaner Pro plus and when installed for other utilities installed. I can see them in my program files folder but I do not see them anywhere on my start menu nor are they included in CCleaner that I know of. I'm assuming they should have been installed and made a shortcut on my Start menu but they didn't and since I don't see them incorporated in CCleaner I'm a bit confused. Is this the way they're supposed to be installed or Did something go wrong during the install which caused them not to go on my start menu? Moderators mta Posted October 21, 2018 Moderators Share Posted October 21, 2018 I had a similar issue about 5 years ago when I got the Pro pack. so I can't vouch for the way it does things now but for me, back then, I individually downloaded and installed each of the free versions and used the license key to activate each one. Backup now & backup often.It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
