mary lou
My CCleaner goes through all the scan but stops at 98% forever. I end up having to close out. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and the same thing happens. Any suggestions?

Moderators hazelnut Posted October 12, 2018 Moderators Share Posted October 12, 2018 What does it say in the window that it is scanning when it gets 'stuck' at 98% ? What operating system are you using and what build of CCleaner? Moderators Nergal Posted October 12, 2018 Moderators Share Posted October 12, 2018 (edited) On top of hazelnut's questions, it might help if you ran debug mode and shared us the log. When you say "scanning" do you mean analyzing? Are you running the cleaning section or the registry section?
