LarryB
I am having all sorts of issues with TB and they are cautioning me (if I am a CCleaner user) to be sure that TB files and folders are not erased. How do I go about making those exclusions? Thanks, Larry
Moderators mta Posted July 17, 2018 Moderators Share Posted July 17, 2018 when TB is installed, you should see it's entry in the Application tab of CC. uncheck all entries in there. then as an extra precaution, for the first time you run CC with TB installed, do a Analyse (rather than a Run Cleaner) and check the results for anything TB related. (fyi: you can double click each categories shown in the Analyse results and get a expanded, detailed file list) Backup now & backup often. It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data.
