John Tyson Posted July 15, 2018 Share Posted July 15, 2018 I purchased CCleaner and ran it. My PC has never run worse. It is slower than it was before. The curser locks up and I have to press Escape to get it going. Sometimes when I start I get the rotating circle with the word "Hibinating" and I have to reboot to get it going. I could not backup as it said a file was missing. I had to call on Microsoft so the file could be replaced and I could backup. They said i should only use Microsoft products on my PC and I deleted CCleaner from my PC. I have had to update my PC mainly because of these problems.
