David Roberts Posted July 4, 2018 Share Posted July 4, 2018 CCleaner Professional v5.44.6577 (64-bit) I get a message every time I switch on that ccleaner has stopped (see screen shot). I have used it for years and so I uninstalled it and then bought a new copy which has the same problem with Win7. If I stop it and then start it manually it seems to work OK. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. David Roberts Posted September 18, 2018 Author Share Posted September 18, 2018 tried that but got nowhere - it stays the same if I update from .41 they sent me works mostly, that works but refuses my registration code although I have paid TWICe IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
