CCleaner CRASHING

first i hope you really solve my issue in this topic

 

and now i have another problem after updating ccleaner yesterday its crash when i run ccleaner in recycle bin ONLY if the internet is disconnected.

also makes it hard when we can't read the language all the errors are posted in.

i know , but i described my issue.

if the crash dumps were of any use, being in Arabic renders them useless for us English speaking members.

but it looks like you have either got a Safe Mode or a Recycle Bin issue (or both) with CC and those are just two of the currently known issues the latest version if experiencing.

recommend going back to a previous version (or two, or four ) until you find one that works.  previous versions are on FileHippo.

- i downloaded v5.40 and it works without any problem, thanks to you.

yeah, lot's of users are finding that was the last 'stable' version (even though I was informed by an Admin it has known issues).
at least any problems it may have 1) aren't showing themselves and 2) fixes issues experienced with versions after it.
