Dazzw
I never allow this. When was this slipped in as the defaults for the application that's supposed to protect me from tracking? Also, trying to renew takes you to a Trustpilot survey? You had one job, CCleaner - now I'm looking for software that is actually trustworthy. Dazzw
CCleaner is now uninstalled - looking for an equivalent company/application that doesn't sacrifice their long-term reputation by selling their data short-term? BTW, I dual boot with Linux so what I mean is does Windows have something similar?
Moderators mta Posted June 26, 2018 Moderators Share Posted June 26, 2018 it's all due to the recent European privacy changes, nothing new or scary. the conspiracy theorists out there will tell us companies have been doing this for years, they now simply are forced to tell you about it. ".. does Windows have something similar?" - to what; data collection laws? crap removal program? Backup now & backup often. It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
