Diazruanova_1 Posted May 26, 2018 Share Posted May 26, 2018 Hi, I am using the latest CCleaner version with Windows 7 up to date and from a week ago (more or less) to this day, CCleaner freezes totally when pressing the "Run Cleaner" button and I have to END the CCleaner.exe process from the task manager! At the same time, a new folder named AppHang_CCleaner.exe_3453bb3c44b516b612e6b34a3bf543eb57f765e_176523e1 located at C:\Users\AT\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\AppHang_CCleaner.exe_3453bb3c44b516b612e6b34a3bf543eb57f765e_176523e1 is created!!! I am using Kaspersky IS but even if I disable it for a few minutes, CCleaner freezing occurs. I am attaching the AppHang folder compressed with 7Zip and maybe someone here can decode the Report.wer file located inside. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
