I have used this for just about two years and never had an issue like this. I have re-entered the correct information and it gives me this still. I know that the information should be correct, as I have the original email saved and also requested another through the "what is my product key" link on the website, but with no better results. Vladimir Jorda 0 Posted November 19, 2019 Share Posted November 19, 2019 Good day to you, Yesterday I've bought Pro version for 3 PCs, registred 2 instalations with no problem but have an issue with 3rd one. This exact message keeps showing up after typing in or copying registration information from e-mail. Is there any possibe way to manage or deactivate license from selected PC ? I would recommend trying again to register the licence and if that doesn't work please contact our support team on support@ccleaner.com who will be able to look into this and issue a new license key if necessary. Give it another go now. If that still fails then give support@ccleaner.com a ping.
