Registry Item Not Cleaning

Hi There,

I am using the FREE version of Ccleaner. Please open the attachment to see a Registry item that is found whenever

I run the Registry Cleaner. However, Ccleaner does not clean it up. Any and all help is appreciated. If the Pro version

will clean it up I will absolutely upgrade. Thx!  Tom  :O)

If it keeps consistently coming back it's either something the Windows operating system, or some software you have installed that keeps creating it.

The solution:
Right-click it and create an Exclude for it.

Registry entries like this (ibackup) are often tied to an antivirus. Ccleaner sees it as noteworthy because the AV is purposely hiding its connection. You want this to happen because then viruses can't see the entry as AV related either.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
