arejfour Posted March 1, 2018 Share Posted March 1, 2018 I recently uninstalled and reinstalled McAfee Live Safe. I used the McAfee removal tool before reinstalling. When I run CCleaner it continually finds the following registry key: McAfee Installer HKLM\Softwarre\Installer. CCleaner removes it, but, it just pops up again. When I run System Mechanic it doesn't find it. Anyway, is there a way to remove this entry short of editing the registry something I don't want to do?
