Downloaded but won't start

I downloaded with my license key etc, but when I click CCleaner to start all I get is this, and nothing happens. The only place to click on just takes me to the piriform web site.

What is going on?

let's start from the beginning again...

uninstall your current version first.
then go into the Program Files folder for CC and delete its contents
    (keep the .ini file if you have customised settings)
download the latest build from here; https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds
reboot the PC then install CC from your downloaded file.
once installed, you can plug in your license key to convert the Free version to Pro.

if no luck, try the install with the PC in Safe Mode.
and try the Slim or Portable builds to see if they work.

It looks like the window is too small.  Mouse over a corner and see if you can manually resize it, or hit the maximize button.

Oh for the sake of.. that was it. I put it full screen and there it was.
