Jean Hohnstein
Ran CCleaner the other day, and the open-file icon did not disappear from the Taskbar when I closed the file. Below is a Print Screen picture of it. Ctrl/Alt/Del does not show it so it can close it, either. Not a serious problem of course, but irritating nonetheless. Any thoughts on how to erase it from the Taskbar?
Moderators mta Posted February 8, 2018 Moderators Share Posted February 8, 2018 a reboot will get rid of the taskbar icon. big hammer for a small issue, but there you go. it's not unusual for the screen not to be refreshed, I often (well, about once a month) will have something I click on in the system tray not 'go away' properly after I move the mouse off it. placing the mouse back over it usually does the job. in case in helps the DEVs, what are your OS and CC versions? Backup now & backup often. It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
