Moderators mta Posted November 28, 2017 Moderators Share Posted November 28, 2017 after a registry scan, and you tell it to Fix Selected Issues, answering Yes to the Do you want to backup the changes to the registry?, brings up the SaveAS box, that's where you tell CC where to save the .reg file. it defaults to your Documents folder, so in your case, click the second from the right icon along the toolbar for that box to Create New Folder so you can make a CCleaner folder if y9ou haven't already done so. Moderators Andavari Posted November 28, 2017 Moderators Share Posted November 28, 2017 You can also manually edit it if you use ccleaner.ini instead of having the settings stored in the registry. Example: BackupDir=C:\Some Folder\CCleaner Registry Cleaner Undo
