Freeze while watching video

Recommended Posts

Hello !

Firstly, sorry if i do some mistake, i am not english  :)

So, since i cleaned my system with CCleaner, i have a problem when I watch a video on Youtube or Streaming.

Every 15 second, there is a freeze for 0.5 second and it's very disturbing.

I have already cleaned my system with this software but I never had this problem.

Anybody have the same problem ? What is the solution to resolve it ?

Thank you !

what is your CC and Windows versions?

what browser are you using?

is it all Youtube videos and any online streaming?

try a different browser, like Firefox, in case it's some sort of flash or HTML5 issue.

also check you have the latest flashplayer, available from here; fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player.exe

Restart Windows if you haven't done so in a while, and then reboot your modem if it's a cable or DSL modem. According to my ISP's support documentation the DSL modem should be rebooted once per week.

I already did this but it doesn't work

But it seems it work great again and I don't know why, i watched a video with the bug and 1 hour later, the problem has disappeared with no reason.
