Moderators Nergal Posted March 9, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 9, 2017 You're gonna have to be much more specific. 1st is the crash repeatable? If so please run ccleaner in debug mode (see instructions in the sticky topic at the top of the ccleaner bugs board) and provide a log 2nd what is your Windows and ccleaner version (don't say "latest" it mean nothing, provide the ccleaner version number) 3) what does this crash happen during? Registry? regular clean? Just opening it? 4)what browser do you use (firefox?) ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND AT https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us and https://www.ccleaner.com/docs Pro users file a PRIORITY SUPPORT request at https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new link to WINAPP2.INI explanation
