CCleaner Cleaning

Possibly the 24 hour rule setting.

 

You can disable it to see if that's the reason:

1. Open CCleaner.

2. Click: Options -> Advanced

3. Untick/disable: Only delete files in Windows temp folders older than 24 hours.

4. Run CCleaner to see if it will empty your user temp folder.
