Moderators mta Posted February 10, 2017 Moderators Share Posted February 10, 2017 to get this started, it's 100 question time... what is your OS? what version of CC did you run? what settings, the default? did you run the registry cleaner or duplicate file finder? do you use winapp2.ini or any other enhancement to CC? when you say "it will not boot", in what way, the laptop itself shows no signs of life, or Windows sits at the splash screen? Backup now & backup often.It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
