JoeyWyss Posted January 17, 2017 Share Posted January 17, 2017 I have tried to update thru the notification email and thru the CCleaner itself with Check for update. Whenever I start the update, it downloads to approximately 55%, then the download window disappears and nothing happens. I have rebooted and retried 6 times, and it will not install. I have Windows 7, CCleaner Professional (paid) v5.25.5902. Is this a Windows 10 only update? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
