Moderators mta Posted January 14, 2017 Moderators Share Posted January 14, 2017 G'day LG, what sort of registry problem is RingCentral?, a missing shared DLL, unused extension, missing typelib etc ? can you show a screenshot? CC will show the registry path, have you tried going there and manually remove the key? caveat... make sure you really do want it gone and what the possible consequences are! Backup now & backup often.It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
