I am afraid to update Ccleaner due to the windows 10 crap. I am having a slight problem with Ccleaner. It hangs at about 3% for a short time before continuing. What does it say when it hangs for a while? And now long are we talking? But it sounds normal, or at worst, you are experiencing the issues CC now has in cleaning the new way IE has changed.
