dthomas8
Windows 10, 64 bit version, updated automatically this morning. Now when I try to load CCleaner, I get message that "CCleaner doesn't work on this version of Windows." First time for this message. How do I resolve this for CCleaner to run? Smoking3D
I just uninstalled it, then downloaded the latest version 5.25.5902 and installed it. It works fine in Windows 10.
dthomas8
Thank you! I suspected that might fix the problem, but thought it prudent to ask first. The uninstall was fast (via Windows Settings menu). With the link below, Piriform emailed me the registration key for my Pro version. I downloaded the new software and installed it, all in a few minutes - the latest version 5.25.5902. CCleaner now runs perfectly for me. If only all of life's problems could be solved this easily. Thanks again for your help, and thanks to Piriform for making the process simple and effective. http://www.piriform.com/docs
dthomas8
Actually, here is a more direct link to the page needed. Using your email address, Piriform will email you the registration key and download link to reinstall. Proceeding through the various FAQ pages will ultimately bring you to this page (using "I've lost my product license key"): http://www.piriform.com/support/ccleaner#204044264
