CCleaner Mac hangs at 88% for a while

Hey there, recently since the latest update, CCleaner 1.14.451 on macOS Sierra 10.12.1 hangs at 88% for a minute or two before finishing the cleaner. It never used to do that and before this issue would only take about 10-15 seconds to complete, but recently does now, at that point it appears to be sitting at Google Chrome's download history. It does it every time, even if I run it immediately a second or third time in a row. Does anyone know of any solutions? Thank you.
