Note: Ignore that most of them are already disabled, I re-enabled them afterwards because I thought that I shouldn't be as imbecile as to disable things without proper advice first.

Oh, sorry, I totally forgot! I'm actually using Windows 8.1 x64 with Bing.

 

EDIT: Just to clarify though, I'm not talking about Services but about Scheduled Tasks, an option which you can find on:

CCleaner > Tools > Startup > Scheduled Tasks Tab > Advanced Mode.
