jjathome
When I run the program, I have it set to clean all users, yet it only shows me? How can I make sure that the other user of my computer is also being cleaned? I am running Windows 10 and there are only two users on the computer. Moderators Nergal Posted October 2, 2016 Moderators Share Posted October 2, 2016 Do you have administrative privileges that would allow you in the other users. Since this is a pro feature, you can use your priority support to get a developer to answer, this is the user's forum ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
