CCleaner cloud cant seem to connect to internet after installing Symantec endpoint

Im working on a building a new Windows 10 image for future deployments and have run into this issue. Im using ccleaner cloud with all of my other user machines without issue (including win10, but not enterprise, and symantec, same version).


Interestingly, when Im logged into the cloud console, even though the computer shows "offline" and I cannot run any ccleaner tools, it IS still loggin events (like log on, log off, power off, etc)


Ive added ccleaner.exe to the whitelisted apps in Symantec but the problem persists
