Ventrez
CCleaner has been helpful with reducing Lag on games. Though certainly not with the deleting part. It just does it own thing and removed what it wants from my PC. including IMPORTANT System Files! Is that meant to even happen? How can i get them files back? I tried many File recovery programs but nothing helped me one bit. It also removed some kind of file, in a way that i cannot use Camtasia Studio 8 to edit my Youtube Videos anymore. How can i fix this seriously? Aswell as i had to get a new Music Player, since the one from Windows 7 didnt wanna start as some file was missing. It also seems to have done such damage that i cannot even install recommended Microsoft files, like Framework and such, which i need, but cannot get what so ever. Anything i can do at this point besides having to reset the entire PC and start from Scratch again? Or i can also move onto Windows 10 again, though it did mess my PC up for some kind of reason. Please help if u know what to do!
WayneHXL
Are you using the default cleaning options? What did you do before the problem occurs (cleaning, changing settings, wiping free space etc)? Method to recover: In Windows 7, you can try to use the System Restore to restore/recover your computer back to the last restore point which was created before the problem happens. However, this doesn't always work, but it's the best shot you'll have. Anyway, this certainly sounds like the work of a virus. Try to scan for virus with your antivirus if possible.
