calebwright
I have the professional (paid) version of the CCleaner and it won't complete the cleaning phase of it. It gets stuck on this one file as indicated in the attached image. How do I get this working? I feel like my money is wasted if it won't complete this process. Hopefully it's a simple fix! Guest Steve Piriform
Hi calebwright, Just to confirm, is Firefox open or closed whilst you run the scan? Having Firefox open may cause the scan to get stuck. Would you be able to open a support ticket for this issue? That will allow us to troubleshoot with you directly. You can raise a support ticket here Cheers, Steven

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
