jen7677 Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 Is Ccleaner Cloud supposed to start up when Windows loads? I just restarted my computer and it did not start on boot so wondering about that. If it does not is there plans to add it to start up? I would like for it to do this. If it doesn't, please check the startup items in either CCleaner or CCleaner Cloud (Tools > Startup) to check if ccleanercloudtray.exe is listed (and enabled) In either case, please send us a message via the "Contact Us" section on the right at https://www.ccleaner.com/computers#main and we'll look into this for you. Please send us a screenshot of the startup items in CCleaner/CCleaner Cloud if you can EDIT: I've sent you an e-mail directly so we can look into this.
