This purchase allows me to install it on UNLIMITED PC's. I also have a PC with no cd drive and also a microsoft surface pro3 running 8.1. I would like to know how to download the CCLEANER PROFESSIONAL from the Piriform website without having to buy it again. My attempts to d/load it are met with the only option is to buy it.
