Moderators Augeas Posted October 23, 2015 Moderators Share Posted October 23, 2015 Perhaps nobody. The file does not have a PDF file header, nor any header that I can recognise. Presumably the data clusters have been overwritten at some time (a file state of excellent means that no live file is using the clusters at this time). It's possible that a deep scan might help, look for .pdf files of the approx size. However a deep scan will not recover fragmented files so possible yes, probable not really.
