PFCblue
(Except for 4) I'm no longer seeing cookies in CCleaner even though sites are telling me that they use them - including my bank. Is CCleaner stopping them, or is that CCleaner is not finding them? Prior to upgrading to Windows 10 I used to see hundreds of them!
Moderators Nergal Posted September 17, 2015 Moderators Share Posted September 17, 2015 Edge, currently does not list cookies in the cookies to keep section. The developers are currently trying to fix Edge cleaning, uncluding this issue. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. Moderators hazelnut Posted September 17, 2015 Moderators Share Posted September 17, 2015 In the mean time you can clear them yourself from within Edge before closing it. Right hand side top of page, three lines (hamburger) near star, then click on the clock like symbol.
