Happy123
I assume CCleaner is NOT anti-virus? (like AVG, McAffee, NOrton, etc) Can CCleaner be considered as anti-spyware/adware? Other words, besides CCleaner, do I need other spyware/malware cleaner like Malwarebytes?
Moderators hazelnut Posted July 14, 2015 Moderators Share Posted July 14, 2015 Ccleaner is a temp and junk file cleaner. It is not a security tool in any shape or form. It should just be considered as a part of your regular system maintenance. You MUST use an anti-virus (Malwarebytes is not an anti-virus) Using Malwarebytes alongside an anti-virus is a good idea.
