Outlook cleaning

Can you add in winapp2.ini

 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook\0a0d020000000000c000000000000046

I don't see that Key on my PC, running Outlook 2013, Win8.1

 

For background info, what's the purpose of cleaning it?

Do you know if that last bit of the Key changes based on what each users Outlook profile may be called?
