Quick Defrag to prepare for shrinking volume

I want to shrink my Windows volume to make room for a Linux installation, so I'm not really bothered about getting all my files beautifully in line, I just want to move the cruft from the end of the disk to the beginning to give myself a bit more room than I have at the moment.  I tried doing a quick defrag but it left a stripe at the end.  What would be nice is the ability to select some rows of blocks at the end of the disk and tell Defraggler to move them without worrying about defragging - I can always run it again to do that when I have time.  Can this be done?

- Try this: Select "Action", "Advanced", "Defrag Freespace" or "Defrag Freespace (fragmentation allowed)".

- One problem is that Defraggler doesn't move System Restore Points. It could be problem when those things are placed at the end of the disk. But then you  can delete them with Piriform's Ccleaner.
