DJJ123
Would it be possible to add an option to CCleaner to clear the history that accumulates when you search from the Charms Bar. This would be the automated equivalent of opening PC Settings, selecting Search and Apps, and clicking the Clear button. For the time being, the corresponding winapp2.ini entry is as follows: [* Charms Bar Search History] LangSecRef=3025 Default=True FileKey1=%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\ConnectedSearch\History|*.lnk

Moderators Nergal Posted May 13, 2015 Moderators Share Posted May 13, 2015 Also default needs to be false ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
