CClean crashes on start up with XP

Any Idea why CClean should crash on startup in a clean system? I only have 4 programs in the system other than XP I have 2.5 gigs of ram, Photoshop, 7.0 Malwarebytes and google chrome

I get a windows shutdown when it quits and the following in the manifest file

Hi,

 

I have the same issue after install of CCleaner version 5.03.

 

How to get the hotfix: can find the download link on microsoft.
